Question: The disk that was included with my purchase won't play what's wrong?


Answer: The PC and MAC Video Presentation CD is designed for use in your computer's CD-ROM Drive not a stand alone DVD Player. More modern computer's may have a DVD Drive that is backwards compatible with the CD-ROM format and will also play it. The reason for this format is that any computer with a CD Drive of any sort should be able to view it and secondly the presentation contains weblinks that are designed to be accessed from your web browser.

If you don't have a suitable drive in your PC you can purchase a DVD for your stand alone DVD player from our webshop but be careful that you choose the right format for your part of the world. NTSC for the US, Canada & Japan; PAL for everybody else. Here is the link to the DVD page Goto DVD Page


Question: Do you have the documentation for tool maintenance and operation in other languages?

Answer: At present we only have documentation in English. Downloadable English versions are available here. Goto PDF Page

Question: When I'm checking out the total $ value changes from what I was previously seeing, what's happening?

Answer: If you are veiwing prices in another currency the checkout process will revert to $NZ Dollars because this is the currency you will be charged in. On the date that your credit card company processes the transaction the $NZ dollar sale price will be converted back into your currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
The other possibility is that the freight charge has been added to your purchase.
